The name of the business will be Sunshine Pizza Restaurant and it will be providing its products and services e.g. Pizzas of many flavors like pineapple, pepperoni, vegetables pizza. They will also be of quality standards that will satisfy the customer’s needs

1.2 MARKETING PLAN

I am planning to ensure that I make the best advertisement for my business. This is to ensure that these services are known to as many people as services. Will also introduce the aspect of home deli very which by the way not many businesses do it. The business is aiming at maintain its customers and use all possible means like making adverts in order to attract more customers.

1.3 ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT

The business will involve the general manager, assistant general manager, secretary, receptionist, accountant, Labour and watchman. The staff we be qualified one having management skills and this will ensure smooth running of the business.

1.4 OPERATION PLAN

The business will be operating daily to 5:00 AM from Monday to Friday and on Saturday and Sunday as from 8:00AM to 7:00 PM. This is so in order to give employees to rest since the business will be producing its own products, we will try all possible ways to attract and maintain its customers by delivering services factor and effectively and also selling products which customers want.
